Expert installation and craftsmanship, serving the GTA & Ottawa.
ResilientResilient
Luxury Vinyl Tile delivers the look of natural stone or ceramic in a fully waterproof, dimensionally stable tile format. It can be installed in a variety of patterns — straight, diagonal, brick offset — and is ideal for areas where real stone is impractical.
LVT tiles are acclimated, the substrate is leveled and primed, then tiles are adhered with pressure-sensitive or full-spread adhesive in the planned layout. Grout lines can be added for a realistic tile appearance.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is luxury vinyl tile (LVT) and how is it different from LVP?
LVT (luxury vinyl tile) comes in square or rectangular tile formats and mimics stone, ceramic, or concrete looks. LVP (plank) mimics wood. Both share the same waterproof, durable construction. The difference is purely aesthetic. LVT is popular in bathrooms and kitchens where a tile look is desired without grout maintenance.
Does LVT require grout?
LVT is typically installed as a floating floor with tight-fitting joints and no grout, which makes it much easier to maintain than ceramic tile. Some LVT products can be grouted for a more realistic stone or tile appearance, and we'll advise on which approach fits your project.
Is LVT suitable for radiant heated floors?
Most LVT products are compatible with radiant floor heating systems. We verify the specific product's temperature tolerance during material selection and follow manufacturer guidelines for underlayment and installation to ensure warranty compliance.
How does LVT handle heavy furniture and foot traffic?
Quality LVT is highly dent-resistant and handles regular furniture and foot traffic well. Use felt pads under heavy furniture legs to prevent surface impressions over time. Commercial-grade LVT products are available for very high-traffic applications.
