ResilientResilient
Sheet linoleum has been a trusted flooring choice for generations. Modern linoleum is resilient, comfortable underfoot, and resistant to most household chemicals. We install it in kitchens, bathrooms, and light commercial spaces with precision seam work.
Substrate is prepared and primed. The sheet is cut to size with precise seam placement, adhered with full-spread linoleum adhesive, and rolled. Seams are heat-welded where required.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between linoleum and vinyl flooring?
Linoleum is made from natural materials - linseed oil, cork dust, wood flour, and jute backing. Vinyl is petroleum-based plastic. They look similar in many applications, but linoleum is the more natural, durable, and environmentally friendly option. Vinyl is generally less expensive and requires less maintenance, but linoleum outperforms it in longevity when properly cared for.
How long does linoleum flooring last?
Quality linoleum properly installed and maintained will last 20-40 years. It's one of the longest-lasting resilient flooring options available. The colour runs through the entire thickness of the material, so normal surface wear doesn't change the appearance the way a wear layer product would.
Can linoleum seams be heat-welded?
Yes - linoleum seams can be heat-welded using a compatible colour-matched weld rod, just like vinyl sheet. This creates a seamless, watertight joint that is nearly invisible when done properly. It's the recommended approach in wet areas like kitchens and bathrooms.
What maintenance does linoleum require?
Linoleum should be swept or vacuumed regularly and damp mopped with a neutral pH cleaner. It benefits from periodic application of a linoleum-specific polish to protect the surface and restore sheen. Avoid alkaline cleaners, which can strip the natural oils and dull the finish over time.
